There is a huge portion of the local Chinese population that doesn’t have any VISA/MasterCard/AMEX branded card and only have access to the PIN-based debit card issued by their local bank.

By streamlining all these debit cards Failsafe Payments can now offer a simple solution for covering the Chinese market and sales into China.

The system is fraud-free and no chargeback are available once the purchase has been cleared and the money withdrawn.
