Failsafe Payments Europe Ltd is a billing company based in Nicosia, Cyprus and incorporated in 2007 to serve local and international merchants with payment solutions and related services such as 3-D Secure, fraud scrubbing and alternative payment methods.

We are Internet Payment Service Provider (IPSP) registered with the card associations. We are a member of the ETA.

In 2010 we pre-released our e-payment platform for alternative payment brands and payments gateways called CertoConnect
